Having relocated my own family nine times, I understand firsthand that a move is about much more than finding a house. It’s about finding the right community, understanding a new market and lifestyle, and having someone you trust on the ground—especially when you can’t be there yourself.

That perspective, combined with nearly twenty years of corporate experience as an HR Manager at GE, has shaped the way I approach real estate. Since becoming a Realtor in 2014, I’ve built my business around thoughtful guidance, thorough research, strong advocacy, and highly personalized service.

Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout the greater Charleston area, including Mount Pleasant, Downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, the beaches, West Ashley, James Island, and Johns Island. I especially enjoy working with clients relocating to the Lowcountry, as well as those purchasing a second home, planning for retirement, or making a significant lifestyle transition. Many of these relationships begin months—or even years—before a move, allowing me to serve as a local resource long before a client is ready to buy or sell.

I believe luxury is a level of service, not simply a price point. Every client receives the same attention to detail, responsiveness, transparency, and advocacy. Whether I’m helping someone evaluate Charleston neighborhoods from afar, analyzing the full cost of ownership, navigating inspections and negotiations, managing the details of a purchase for an out-of-town client, or strategically positioning a property for sale, my goal is to provide the information and perspective needed to make confident decisions.

My approach is highly personal and relationship-driven. I take the time to understand not only what my clients are looking for in a property, but also how they want to live. And because the relationship doesn’t end at closing, I remain a resource for my clients as they settle into their homes and become part of the Charleston community.

In 2023, my husband, Mark, and I achieved our own long-term goal of settling in the Lowcountry. We love calling Mount Pleasant home, exploring Charleston with our two dogs, Gracie and Sammy, spending time with our two adult daughters, and enjoying everything from the beaches and outdoors to Charleston’s incredible restaurants.

After so many moves of my own, helping others find their place in Charleston feels especially meaningful—and I’m grateful to share the city I now call home with the clients I have the privilege to serve.
